Databank is a King of the Hill map for Team Fortress 2 set in an underground spytech computer facility. The project started during a 72-hour "TF2 Jam" hosted by TF2Maps in July 2017.

It began as an experiment to see what I could do with a map set entirely within an indoors environment, which restricted the sorts of spaces I could create. TF2's gameplay relies heavily on its character's movement abilities, particularly the blast-jumping abilities of Soldiers and Demomen. I decided on the map's theme early, as it would facilitate the sort of spaces I needed to create to allow for freedom of player movement. As I iterated on the map I began to stray away from relying on corridors to connect spaces. The result is a fairly compact and straightforward layout, which has proven to be popular among players.
I am extaordinarily proud of my work on Databank. I took a strong vision I had for not only how the map should play, but also what the unique aesthetic should look like, and managed to translate it nearly 1:1 into the game.
In 2023 I released Snowbank, a complete re-artpassing of the map which takes it into the snowy outdoors.
